Personnel – Our qualified personnel positively impact the lives of our students and their families!

Teachers: Do you enjoy working with children, creating fun ways to learn, and building relationships with children and their families? We are looking to hire qualified, fun, and enthusiastic teachers who have a heart and passion for children. Our teachers have a great impact on our students, so we want to find teachers who are open-minded, energetic, and always looking for new innovative ways to inspire their students. Teachers will need to be able to assess individual students and tailor lesson plans to fit their needs accordingly. Teachers should be in tune with their students’ current interests in order to pick a theme in which the students will be motivated to learn. All our teachers must attend training, orientation, and be CPR and first aid certified. Teachers will be required to complete at least 24 hours of training each year. Most of this training will be provided through in-house training meetings and local conferences attended by the school. For the best interest of our students, our teachers must be willing to work together as a team and collaborate with parents and other teachers as well as our management staff. Interviews will be conducted by the director and/or assistant director. (see below for a staff application)

Substitute Teachers: We are always looking to hire substitute teachers who fill the above qualifications who would rather work part-time. Our substitute teachers help our team by allowing our teachers to take much needed vacation days, personal days, attend appointments, or fill in when they are unable to attend due to illness or emergencies. As a substitute, there would be scheduled days to work known in advance as well as to be on call and available if a teacher needs to call in due to an illness or emergency. Several of our substitute teachers have been hired on as full time teachers when an opening becomes available.

Bus Driver: Do you enjoy driving and love to interact with children? We are looking to hire a responsible individual to drive our bus for our transportation needs. Our bus driver must complete training on bus safety including regular maintenance checks and procedures ensuring no children are left on the bus. Current CPR and first aid are required. Our bus driver will need to be available in the mornings and early afternoon for pick-up and drop-off at local elementary schools as well as for occasional field trips.
